Three Senior Dogs Who Need Your Love

Meet Truman, Bailey and Chloe at the Kirkwood Petco this weekend.

Meet Truman

Truman is a 9-year-old male Border Collie available for adoption through the St. Louis Senior Dog Project.

Truman is a very smart dog that understands many commands and is crate trained. He is a very affectionate dog and how could you say no to a snuggle if he looks at you with those kind loving eyes?

In Truman's past life he was an outdoor dog. He is making the move in to living indoors and having a more comfortable life with tons more interaction with a household. Truman is good with children and with other non-dominant dogs and would make a great addition to any home.

If you would like to meet Truman or our other deserving senior and not-so-senior dogs, please stop by the this weekend  from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Thank you to the St. Louis Senior Dog Project for introducing us to Truman.

Meet Bailey and Chloe

Bailey (Shih Tzu) and Chloe (Bichon) are a bonded pair that have always been together and are available for adoption through Senior Dogs 4 Seniors.

They are both very well behaved and love to take naps in their beds side by side. They are both healthy and happy dogs even though they are seniors. Bailey is 10 (56 in human years) and Chloe is 12 (64 in human years). They are both potty trained.

Our mission is to place older dogs in the loving homes of older people in the St. Louis area. We do, however, take in dogs of all ages and adopt to people of all ages. We do home visits and ask for a $200 adoption donation for adult dogs and $300 for puppies.

We are at the every Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Thank you to Senior Dogs 4 Seniors for introducing us to Bailey and Chloe.
