Kirkwood Early Childhood Learning Center
This Kirkwood Early Childhood Learning Center in the Kirkwood District is home to the Hough Community Learning Center, Parents as Teachers and Vista programs.
Vista provides a productive, consistent and safe non-traditional community for middle and high school students. Many of the students have unique needs. By taking part in the relationship-based Vista program each student will participate in individual learning experiences. The goal is to develop the potential of each student in a positive learning environment.
This is also the location for parents to learn about and participate in the "Parents as Teachers" program. The goal of this program is to give your child the best possible start in life beginning when they are a baby. This is a free and voluntary program. Expectant parents and families with children ages birth to three years old are eligible to participate. Families must live in the Kirkwood School District.
