This park honors Sergeant Bill McEntee, who died in the line of duty on July 5, 2005. The park is a great place to sit and watch the trains pass by just north of the park.  There is a recently remodeled playground, gazebo, and picnic benches.

Emmenegger Nature Park is 131 acres of scenic views, hiking trails and great picnic settings. There is a 1.5 mileMore trail for hiking, park benches that overlook the Meramec River and nature programs that are led by Powder Valley. The park is west of Highway 270 on Cragwold Road. When crossing over the highway you may turn left to reach the park's main entrance or turn right and find a trail entrance up the road. 
Ella & Charles E. Monfort Jr. Memorial Park

Monfort Park includes two playground systems (one for 2 - 5 year olds and one for 5 - 12 year olds), swings, a gazeboMore structure, benches, walking path and drinking fountain. The park, which opened Nov. 1, 2008, is named for the residents who lived at the site for nearly 60 years. The park was purchased with funds from the 1/2 cent Park and Recreation Sales tax in December of 2005 and developed in part with grant money from the Municipal Park Grant Commission of St. Louis County.
