Driver's Blood-Alcohol Content Was Five Times Legal Limit, Police Say
Kirkwood Police said they tested the 24-year-old woman and measured her blood-alcohol content at 0.41 percent. The legal limit is 0.08 percent.

A 24-year-old woman, who was pulled over for weaving and speeding on Interstate 44 Sunday, had a blood-alcohol content more than five times the legal limit, according to Kirkwood Police. Leslie Schwend, 24 , of Cedar Hill, was charged Monday with driving while intoxicated as a persistent offender, a felony. She faces her third alcohol-related driving charge in six years after being pulled over in Kirkwood. Kirwood Police said officers pulled Schwend over on westbound I-44 near Holmes Avenue Sunday for speeding and weaving on the roadway.
