Police are investigating a report of approximately $30,000 in stolen jewelry, plus electronics are stolen after a window is forced open on another home.

April 1: At 8:45 a.m., police were called for a burglary in the 100 block of West RosehillAvenue. The resident said a bowl containing approximately $150 in change was stolen while he was out of town over the previous weekend. Glendale police said the woman is charged with a felony in connection to the alleged disappearance of jewelry from a home where she worked.
The following information was provided by the Glendale Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction. March 4: At. 8:45 a.m., the St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office charged Kimberly Worthing, 49, of the 2800 block of Moravec Drive in High Ridge with one count of felony stealing over $500. The charges are in connection to the alleged theft of jewelry reported Dec. 17, 2012. Worthing is accused of stealing from a home in the 200 block of Parkland Avenue where she was employed as a housekeeper from May 13, 2012 to June 17, 2012. Bond was set at $7,500. Kirkwood police are investigating after recent reports of jewelry being stolen from homes.
The following information was provided by the Kirkwood Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction. Monday, Feb. 18: At 10:17 a.m., a resident from the 800 block of Delchester Lane reported three missing rings. Police stated the rings are believed to have been stolen sometime in January and there was no forced entry to the home. Tuesday, Feb. 19: At 3:19 p.m., a resident from the 600 block of Villa Gardens Drive reported a missing anniversary ring. Police said the resident actually notice the jewelry was missing from home approximately two weeks before filing the police report. There was no forced entry into the residence. A man charged with stealing jewelry valued at more than $200,000 in Ladue also faces stealing related charges in Glendale and Crestwood. His girlfriend also is charged with stealing. Justin Roux, 22, of the 200 block of Clayton Oaks Drive in Ellisville, was charged Sept. 7 with stealing in Glendale and Sept. 10 with receiving stolen property in Crestwood. Glendale Police said Roux stole two gold necklaces, a pair of gold and diamond earrings, and a silver ring with an aquamarine dome with a total value of $5,000. Roux moved a TV stand from the mother's house to the home where the items were stolen, according to a police report. Police said Roux became a suspect because of similar thefts in Ladue, where Roux also faces four counts of felony…

The theft occurred from a home in the 1000 block of Chelsea Avenue in Glendale and involved items valued at more than $500.
The St. Louis Prosecuting Attorney's Office issued warrants against Justin Roux, 22, of Ballwin, for his alleged involvement in the theft of jewelry from a home in Glendale. The theft from the residence in the 1000 block of Chelsea Avenue was reported May 10, according to police. The incident occurred April 23, according to court documents. Roux faces one count of Stealing Over $500. The value of the jewelry did not exceed $25,000. Roux's bond was set at $7,500, according to court documents.

Flat screen TVs and thousands in jewelry were reported stolen from Kirkwood homes.
Police responded to three reports of thefts from Kirkwood homes or buildings last week, two of which were burglaries. Thieves targeted three unlocked vehicles in central Kirkwood.
Thieves made off with jewelry, a laptop, cash and credit cards last week during a string of thefts that targeted unlocked vehicles in central Kirkwood. Police responded to three overnight thefts the morning of July 31. At 8:17 a.m., officers were called to a residence in the 300 block of Central Avenue after the owner reported more than $5000 worth of jewelry stolen from a vehicle sometime overnight. Two more thefts were reported a short time later. The first was from Taylor Woods Drive where a bag containing a laptop computer and a wallet with credit cards was stolen. The second was from the 300 block of Way Avenue where a purse containing cash and credit cards was stolen, according to Kirkwood police. RELATED STORIES
