Bichon Frise, Poodle, Need a Loving Home

Meet our Adoptable Pets of the Week: Lucy Lu and Holly.

Meet Lucy Lu Lucy Lu is a senior bichon frise available for adoption through the St. Louis Senior Dog Project. Lucy Lu is on the hunt for the perfect retirement home, her main requirements are a nice warm bed and someone to cuddle with. Lucy Lu came to our group in pain. This poor gal had a huge bladder stone that made her miserable. Fortunately, the stone has been removed and Lucy Lu was placed on food that will help her avoid future bladder stones.  Lucy Lu is a sweet dog that loves to snuggle and play; she would make a great companion to a senior citizen or almost any home. The one requirement is that Lucy Lu's future family commits to continue with her current diet in order to avoid future bladder health issues. Lucy Lu is a member of …

Lab and Yorkie Available for Adoption

Meet Rex and Tammie Lou, our adoptable dogs of the week.

Meet Rex Rex is an 8 year old labrador retriever mix available for adoption through the St. Louis Senior Dog Project. He is now looking forward to regaining his medium length coat in time for the first snow! Rex would like everyone to know that his lovely blue eyes are not his only attribute, in addition he is super friendly with humans of every size, he loves to be petted and enjoys playing fetch. We would not like Rex to know but the vet did say he needs to loose a few pounds so a home that would enjoy taking him for walks would be a …
