More Indictments in eBay, Sam's Club Scam Investigation

Two people were just indicted on charges of selling the stolen items on eBay, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office. Des Peres police were involved in this investigation.

Thursday, the U.S. Attorney's Office of Eastern Missouri said two more people have been indicted in the case. They face up to five years in prison and/or up to $250,000 in fines. Des Peres Police Involved in Case of Stolen Items Sold on eBay

A woman was just indicted in a case Des Peres police investigated. Authorities allege she stole items from Sam's Clubs and sold them on eBay.

According to the U.S. Attorney's Office, Tammy Baggio, 39, was indicted by a grand jury Tuesday for selling stolen items on eBay. Although prosecutors do not identify the specific Sam's Clubs locations in a news release sent out Tuesday, they state the Des Peres Police Department was involved in the investigation. Prosecutors released the following details of the case in the news release. St. Louis, MO - Tammy Baggio was indicted for allegedly stealing products from local Sam’s Clubs and re-selling them on eBay.  The indictment alleges that she stole merchandise from Sam’s Club locations in seven different states and sold that product to purchasers across the United States.               According to the indictment, between February and …
