Where to Ring in 2012 in Kirkwood and Des Peres

Patch presents a list of places to eat, drink and be merry while ringing in the New Year.

, 210 N. Kirkwood Rd., 314-821-2222: Order from the regular menu or indulge in their special for the night—Steak and Lobster Diablo for $37 per person. Reservations recommended. 

, 110 S. Kirkwood Rd., 314-238-2300: $55 for an appetizer buffet including all you can drink well drinks and domestic beers until midnight. Champagne toast at midnight. The band Steamrollers will perform classic rock. Reservations are not available. Just arrive and let the party begin.

, 10322 Manchester Rd., 314-821-6033: Surf and Turf Special—6-ounce petite filet, 6-ounce lobster tail, baked potato and salad for $29.95 per person. Prime rib with new potatoes and broccoli also available. Champagne toast at midnight.

Woodbine Ave., 314-965-2003: Prime rib dinner special with seafood ravioli and dessert for $34.95 per person, served between 6 p.m. and 10 p.m. There is also a party package for $9.99 available from 10 p.m. to 1 a.m. with champagne and party favors. The Jumbo Shrimp Band, a rock and R&B group, will be performing. Reservations recommended.

Mosaic, 11925 Manchester Ave., 314-394-2323: $59 prix fixe menu. Musical group Glaze and the Moon Kings will perform jazz and pop. Shuttle service available. Reservations strongly recommended.

, 119 N. Kirkwood Rd., 314-835-0084: Offering a new menu along with four specials. It will have three seatings, 5:30 p.m., 7:30 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. Mike Mattingly will be providing live music from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. Reservations are recommended, but not required.

, 123 W. Jefferson, 314-966-2001: This family friendly restaurant will be open regular dinner hours. 

, 118 W. Adams, 314-965-6644: Limited version of regular menu will be available as well as two off-menu specials–prime rib and lobster. Reservations recommended. 

, 451 S. Kirkwood Rd., 314-909-7575: It will be offering a three-course menu, which includes an appetizer, salad or soup and choice of entrée for $42.95 per person.  will offer an appetizer buffet and call drinks from 9 p.m. to 3 a.m. The cost is $40 per person with a reservation or $50 per person at the door.
